THE 5bi4™ SYSTEMIC FRAMEWORK
  • Redesign Learning as an Operating Model
  • Transform Learning into Architects of Organizational Capability
It is time for a fundamental transition from traditional Learning as a Service to a Systemic L&D model that functions as an organizational operating engine with strategic intent.

The 5bi4™ Systemic Framework is a strategic model designed to transition learning and development from a simple delivery function to a sophisticated architect of organizational capability. We constantly see how traditional training often fails because it ignores the broader systemic constraints of a business, that's why in our 5bi4™ Systemic L&D Framework, capability is only one layer.

Sustainable behaviour emerges when capability is aligned with governance, workflows, leadership, culture, technology, data and organisational context. This requires a fundamental change in identity of the learning function; moving from program owners and content builders to diagnostic partners and capability orchestrators.

Training develops the potential for behaviour; the system determines whether that potential is realized, as a result success is redefined not by course completion rates but by the system's ability to transform business strategy into measurable human capability and improved execution.
This shift is achieved through the following strategic changes:
  1. Fix the Governance & Operating Model
  2. Follow a Diagnostic Sequence
  3. Address Structural Problems Over Programs
  4. Develop New Foundational Skills
