1:1 Systemic Coaching
For when the challenge is bigger than you but the change can start with you.
You don't operate in isolation.
The decisions you make, the challenges you face and the changes you want to create are influenced by your role, relationships, organization, expectations and the wider environment around you. Our 1:1 Systemic Coaching helps you step back from the immediate problem, understand what is really happening and identify where you have the greatest opportunity to create change.

The question we will explore:
What is really happening here, what part of the system is influencing it and where can you create meaningful change?
Rather than jumping straight to "What should I do?", we will look at the bigger picture.
We will explore what you can control, what you can influence, what you may need to navigate or mitigate and where greater visibility or understanding may be the most useful intervention.

Sometimes the answer is about you. Sometimes it is about the system around. Often, it is both. We will uncover that together.
How It Works

1:1 online coaching
Flexible individual sessions or a structured coaching package, depending on what you are working through.
A typical engagement could include:
- Initial conversation: Clarify what you want to work on and whether systemic coaching is the right approach.
- Coaching sessions: Focused 1:1 conversations combining reflection, challenge, systems thinking and practical application.
- Between sessions: Where useful, small experiments, reflection or observations to bring into the next conversation.
- Review and close: Reflect on what has shifted, what you have learned and what you want to carry forward.
- The outcome: The goal isn't to give you all the answers. It's to help you think more clearly, see the system more completely and act more deliberately.
