Still curious?
Ok, a little bit more about me... I’ve always believed that learning isn't a one-size-fits-all solution, nor should it be the only solution. My career in Corporate Learning & Development has been shaped by this belief—one that has guided me as I've built scalable learning ecosystems, transformed training functions, coached teams and driven measurable business outcomes across global teams. Though my journey into L&D was intentional, it wasn’t a traditional path—I started in global leadership roles in sales, brand marketing & communication and technical project management, working across 4 continents in multiple industries before diving into Corporate Learning 20 years ago as a trainer, facilitator and learning consultant. I founded Basic Practice®, a professional training & boutique consultancy in 2003. Skills My passion for learning led me to acquire extensive knowledge and develop deep expertise in adult learning theories, behavioural science, neuroscience, organizational learning, instructional design, coaching and leadership development models. Leveraging my project management skills, technical expertise and commercial mindset, I have designed and implemented cross-functional global learning solutions that align with business priorities, enhancing customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, improving customer retention and increasing operational efficiency. I love what I do and that is my ikigai! ✨ |
